By using EmbedReviews you can generate a schema code for your reviews, and use it to display stars in Google search for your product/service pages.

Once you've implemented the schema on your page/s, you will need to ask Google to re-crawl the URL where you’ve placed the schema.org code.

After you've done all of this it can take up from a few days to a few weeks for the stars to appear on Google search results.
