To update the number of reviews on search results for any other website, you will need to implement an additional script.

Once you’ve implemented this schema code correctly, you will need to ask Google to re-crawl the URL where you’ve placed the Schema code.
For more information on how you can request the re-crawl, please check out the following steps:
1. Go to your Google Search Console
2. Click ‘URL Inspection’ in the left menu
3. In the top search field paste the page URL
4. In the new page click ‘Request indexing’
After you've done all of this it can take up from a few days to a few weeks for the stars to appear on Google search results.
