EmbedSocial is integrated with Zapier, so you can easily automate the process of sending email requests to your customers to leave you reviews.

To get started create a new spreadsheet and add a 'Name' and 'Email' columns;

Go to Zapier on the following link: https://zapier.com/developer/public-invite/19194/latest/ and click on 'Accept Invite & Build a Zap'

Next, click on 'Make a Zap!' on the top right corner;

On the next window;

  • Choose App - choose 'Google Sheets'
  • Choose Trigger Event - choose 'New Spreadsheet Row'
  • Click 'Continue'

On the next window;

  • Connect your Google Sheets 'Account'
  • Click 'Continue'

On the next window;

  • Select the Spreadsheet you created;
  • Select Sheet1
  • Click 'Continue'

Test&Review this step;

And make sure 'Spreadsheet Row A' is selected;

On the second step of the Zap, you will need to set up EmbedSocial.

  • Choose App - choose 'EmbedSocial'
  • Choose Action Event - choose 'Email Review Request'
  • Click 'Continue'

Next;

  • Choose your EmbedSocial account
  • Click 'Continue'

On the next steps;

  • Select the email template you have created in EmbedSocial (create template)
  • Customer Name - choose 'customer_name'
  • Customer Email - choose 'customer_email'
  • Click 

Next, click on Test&Review and see if the test is successful, it should look like this;
Click on 'Done Editing'

Now your Zap is ready, and the last step is to turn it 'On'

Once your Zap is on, you can add multiple emails, on the Spreadsheet you created, and the emails will be sent out automatically to your customers to leave you a review.
