Regarding Twitter, due to the recent changes from Twitter API's end, and the changing of the pricing plans, we have removed the source "Twitter" from the Pro and the Pro Plus plan and added it only in the Premium plan for EmbedFeed.
1) Twitter account feeds are updated in the Premium and Enterprise plan twice per week.
2) Twitter hashtag posts, are only available in the Premium and Enterprise plan, feel free to contact us here and we will be happy to discuss all of the details
