So if you have a new post on Twitter, it will automatically get updated on your website in about 3 hours.

If you need a faster refresh rate you can upgrade to the Premium plan and we can lower the refresh rate to 30 minutes for you.

Please note that the refresh rate for the free plan is 24h.
