In this article, we will cover the most common issue that may be preventing the auto-uploading of your albums.
1. Please go to your Gallery.
2. Make sure Auto update in the General Settings is set to Yes in the settings on the right side of your Gallery.
3. Our system will search and update your newly added albums once per day. So if you post a new album on your Facebook page it should get generated and automatically updated on your website in the next 24 hours.
