How to Pause your Subscription?
Steps on how to pause your current paid subscription due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

To address the needs of our paid customers that are dealing with financial issues due to the Covid - 19 pandemic outbreak, we added an option for pausing subscription between 1 and up to 6 months. 

In the meantime, you won’t be charged at all.

Please note: Once you pause your account your widgets will stop working on your website.

After the period you have selected (1-6 months), your subscription will automatically resume and the widgets will be active again.

To pause your EmbedSocial monthly subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your EmbedSocial account

  2. Navigate to your ‘Accounts’ settings

  3. Click ‘Pause Monthly Subscription’ 

A popup will appear where you will need to select 1, 3 or 6 months for pausing the account and click "Yes, Continue". 

In case you decide that you want to continue with your subscription earlier than selected, choose ‘Resume Subscription’ - a button that will appear in the same position in the 'Accounts' page.
