In this tutorial, we will show you how to pin and make posts in the feed to display by defined order by specifying priority numbers.

All media that currently appear on your website are listed here. You can pin the media that should appear first in your widget. Also, you can add priority up to 20 to all pinned media.

A pin is an option that provides you with full control over which reviews should display first no matter what are the other ordering settings in the Reviews Feed.

To pin a review just follow the steps below.

2. Click on the Order tab

3. In the table below the Actions column click Pin next to the review you want to display first

4. You can choose and add priority also, for the Pinned review

Now the pinned review will be always first in your reviews widget, not getting into consideration other ordering settings that you have specified in the Settings options.

If you want to have full control of the order of the reviews that are displayed in your feed, you can use the Priority option from step 4 above, and add order numbers to the reviews. With this option, you can set up to 20 reviews to display in the order by priority.

Here is how to make a custom order of the reviews in your reviews widget:

For example, you can add from 1 to 20 priority numbers for the reviews you want to display as the first 20 in the specified order in the reviews feed.
