With the latest releases on our Shopify app, we've decided to give an option to our users, to send email review requests to their previous customers before they Installed 'Verified reviews' by EmbedSocial.

This is a pretty straightforward feature to use, and with a couple of clicks, you will manually send review requests to your previous customers from the last 60 days.

To do that, click the main Dashboard, and you will see the button called 'Ask previous customers':

When you click it, pop up will appear with your already setup review request form.

If you decide to make final changes to the email template, before sending it through to your previous customers, you can always click on the 'edit email' and you will be redirected to make changes to the template:

Once you make any changes, please make sure to click 'Save' in the top right corner.

If everything is set up well, please go back to the Dashboard, click 'Send emails' and the review request will be sent through to your previous customers.
