In this tutorial, we will show you how to generate your social media feeds, as well as generate hashtag posts from Instagram or Twitter, and embed them on any website.
To get started, first you will need to log in to your account, or if you do not have an account yet, click here to start a free trial on EmbedFeed.
Once you are logged in, please follow these steps below:
1. First you will need to go to the "Sources" tab and click on the Social media icon from which you would like to pull the feed.
(ex. Instagram)
To generate Instagram business account feeds, you will need to connect a Facebook account in EmbedSocial.
2. Then, you can choose "Instagram hashtag" for example, enter the desired hashtag, and click on the "Next" button in the top right corner.
*Please note that we are able to pull hashtag posts only from Instagram and Twitter.
3. Next, you can select your widget layout and click on the "Create feed" button.
That's it!
All the hashtag posts will get generated and you can easily display them on your website, by just copy/pasting the top-left code here.
In this screen you can do the following:
Moderate the posts
Add call to action buttons on the posts
Select the type of layout design
Change the design with a Custom CSS
Define settings such as light-box mode, number of posts in feed, post types and similar.
