In this tutorial, we will show you how to pin and make reviews in the widget to be displayed by defined order by specifying priority numbers in your responsive website.
How to pin a review?
A pin is an option that provides you with full control over which reviews should display first no matter what are the other ordering settings in the widget.
To pin a review just follow the steps below.
Open one of your widgets
Click on the Moderation tab
In the table click Pin next to the review you want to be displayed first
Now the pinned review will always be first in your reviews widget, not getting into consideration other ordering settings that you have specified in the Settings options.
How to order reviews by priority?
If you want to have full control of the order of the reviews that are displayed in your widget, you can use the Priority option and add order numbers to the reviews. With this option, you can set 20 reviews to display in the order by priority.
Here is how to make a custom order of the reviews in your reviews widget:
Open one of your widgets
Click on the Moderation tab
In the priority column, set the priority number for each review
For example, you can add from 1 to 20 priority numbers for the reviews you want to display as the first 20 in the specified order in the reviews widget.
