With EmbedReviews app you have the moderation option if you like to display only the reviews that you would like to appear on your website.

Here are the steps on how to moderate the reviews and approve which ones are displayed in your responsive website builder.

First, go to your EmbedReviews app and open the Widgets page.

To moderate the reviews in your widget go to 'Moderation' tab and just select the reviews that you want to include/exclude from the widget.
