With EmbedForms, you have the option to improve the design of your Forms by choosing one of the numerous Layouts and Themes that we created for you.

To take a look and choose from our themes, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Forms tab on your left:

2. Click on the Form you wish to edit.

3. Layout & Themes on your left.
​

4. And choose the theme that fits your purposes the best.
​
You can preview all themes before choosing one by clicking on the view option while hovering over the themes.
