Thank you for posting this question To answer it, with EmbedForms, you have the option to customize your Form in a way that each question appears on a new page.

To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Forms tab on your left, and select the form you wish to edit. Then, go to 'Layouts & Themes':

2. Choose the 'Slider' layout:

Once you're done with all of your customizations, do not forget to 'Save' your form.

That's it! Now your one-question-per-page form is ready!
