A Social Media Newsletter is a tool used to communicate regularly with your subscribers to keep them updated on your latest Instagram and TikTok posts, and all this with a 0% manual effort.

By now, you know how to collect emails; let’s see the steps on how to communicate with your audience directly from our platform.

For us to collect your latest posts from Instagram and TikTok and send them as an email update to your subscribers, first, you need to add your Instagram or TikTok feed to your Feedlink page.

If your Instagram or TikTok posts are shown on your Feedlink page, follow the steps below to set your Newsletter live:

Step 1: First, go to the Newsletter tab of your Feedlink page:

Step 2: Click “Create Newsletter”

Note: This option is active only if you already have the Email Subscription block, and you can collect subscribers who will receive the newsletter.

Step 4: Once you are done with the setup, click Set Live.

That’s it! Your Social Media Newsletter is live and will be sent weekly to your subscribers to notify them of the latest post on TikTok and Instagram.

So that you know, you can also send a Test Email to your email account to try out the process before setting it live.

You can find every email that was sent in the Newsletter table, and If you want to see the content of the email, click on the Preview button.

Here, you can find how many subscribers it was sent to and the date of sending it.

Please note: If you haven’t uploaded new posts on your Instagram or TikTok account in the last seven days, your Newsletter will be paused. Once you add new posts to your social media accounts, your subscribers will continue receiving weekly newsletters every Monday at 3:00 PM CET.
